Key features include:

  • Manual Control: Allows operators to precisely control the powder application.
  • Electrostatic Charging: The machine charges the powder particles as they exit the spray gun, helping them adhere to the grounded workpiece.
  • Adjustable Settings: Users can modify airflow, powder feed rate, and voltage for optimal performance based on coating requirements.
  • Portable Design: Compact and easy to maneuver, suitable for workshops and smaller production areas.

This machine is ideal for various applications, ensuring a durable and high-quality finish on metal components.

The OURS909 Manual Powder Coating Spray Machine is a specialized device used for applying powdered coating materials onto surfaces, typically in metal finishing applications.

    Components

Spray Gun: The manual spray gun is designed for operator control and usually features an ergonomic design for comfort during extended use. It includes a nozzle that atomizes the powder, allowing for a fine, even application.

Powder Feed System: This system is responsible for transporting the powder from the hopper to the spray gun. It often includes a vibrating feeder or a fluidized bed that ensures a consistent powder flow.

Hopper: The hopper holds the powder and may include a filter or cyclone to prevent clogging and ensure the powder remains free-flowing.

Control Panel: The control panel allows the user to adjust settings such as airflow, powder feed rate, and voltage, which are critical for optimizing the coating process.
Electrostatic Charging System: Many powder coating machines include an electrostatic charging mechanism that charges the powder particles as they exit the gun. This helps the particles adhere better to the grounded substrate.
Grounding System: Proper grounding of the workpiece ensures effective adherence of the powder. The parts to be coated are connected to a grounding mechanism that attracts the charged powder particles.
