Description

The shot blasting machine has the following characteristics:

▪ The arrangement form of shot blasting chamber and impeller head will be confirmed after the 3D dynamic pill simulation by computer.

▪ Using 4 sets 11Kw Q034ZZ cantilever centrifugal impeller head with high pill speed can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency, achieve satisfactory cleaning quality.

▪ The guard plate of shot blasting chamber plate adopts 12mm thick high chrome plate, and the thickness of joint between two guard plates is 24mm, the arrangement form of guard plate more effectively improves the protective effectiveness of the chamber body.

▪ Front and back sealed attached chamber adopts multichannel sealing device, the most inside layer uses the hanging hoist chain seal, which can effectively prevent the pills from spattering, and the rest sealing layers are sealed by the high wear-resisting rubber sheets.

▪ In order to reduce the friction of pill to bottom hopper when it falls down, the hopper contains buffer angle steel on.

▪ In order to prevent that running deviation occurs in operation process due to the obliquity of workpiece loading, baffle plates are set on both ends of roller table.

▪ The quantity of impeller heads to be opened is determined by the workpiece size, which can reduce the unnecessary energy waste and unnecessary damage to equipment.

▪ Our company uses cast iron nuts to fixe guard plates, its structure has more contact surface to guard plate, which more effectively prevent the damage caused by that the pills enter the shell due to looseness of nuts.

▪ To reduce the damage caused by the throwing and rebounding of pills to the chamber body roller table, roller tables are all arranged into front and back attached chamber, roller tables in the shot blasting room are set on both sides of impeller head.

▪ Pill supply system adopts special air control pill supply gate valve, air source is needed.

▪ Dedusting system adopts filter cartridge dust collector, the dust collector needs air source.

▪ Because that some workpieces use tooling to convey, the drive system of roller table conveyor adopts two-way transmission.

▪ Roller drive uses stepless frequency control. Roller table speed control range is 0.5-4m/min, workpiece with conventional corrosion degrees should reach Sa2.5 level of cleaning effect, and its running speed should be controlled at about 1.0-2.0 m/min.
