Pretreatment process
Pretreatment is not online environmental protection spraying equipment is according to the spraying requirements of different industries and workpiece processing purposes, as well as local environmental protection policies, can choose to dip pretreatment, or physical pretreatment (shot blasting or sand blasting).
Generally, it is used to eliminate the vegetable grease, oil stains, leaching substances, residual residue, etc. on the surface of the coated object, and to grant the coated surface layer certain organic chemical and physical characteristics, so as to enhance the adhesive force of the plating layer, and to improve the defensibility of the coated object and the decorative art purpose.
Powder coating booth
Special technology design: make the powder rate higher, the coating quality is better.
1. Adopting German imported plate, simple internal structure. The two sides of the powder booth adopt air knife design, the air speed is soft; the suction speed and the powder spraying speed are highly integrated, which makes the workpiece powdering rate higher and the coating quality better.
2. The inner wall of the big cyclone adopts special technology, the wind speed of powder recycling reaches the tornado level, the interface of the powder pipe is seamless, the inner wall of the pipe is not sticky powder, the powder recycling rate can reach up to 98.9%, and the annual powder saving can be up to thousand dollars.
Powder can save thousands of dollars per year. The secondary recycling system is equipped with imported paper cartridge, the treated ultra-fine powder emission is pollution-free, and the dust is discharged according to the standard.
Drying tunnel
Special technology: longer effective temperature zone, intelligent temperature control within 5°C
1. Powder coating line drying channel using European air supply and return technology: intelligent temperature control, furnace temperature difference control within 5℃, making the workpieces bake more fully, so that the workpiece coating will have no color difference, not fall off, and no subsequent quality problems.
2. Strong energy saving: gas heating furnace using skeleton welding, with high strength; air supply and return system is adjusted proportionally, 2-3times/min, so that the air change quickly and evenly; the internal use of arc-type design, so that the heat generated by the rapid extraction, energy saving.
3. Exhaust gas of baking channel: catalytic combustion + activated carbon, which decompose the harmful gas into harmless gas, environmental protection emission standard.
