Main composition
(1) Electrostatic generator
The high-voltage power supply for powder electrostatic spraying must be able to generate a high-strength electrostatic field to ensure the spraying requirements, and from a safety point of view, there should be no factors that cause discharge. Therefore, the output power of the DC high voltage generator is required to have the characteristics of high voltage and low current peak value, usually the voltage used is 50~100kV, and the current is less than 150μA.
(2) Spray gun
Its function is to generate a good corona discharge, so that the sprayed powder has as much charge as possible and is evenly distributed on the surface of the workpiece. Requirements for the spray gun: 1. The powder particles should get the maximum electrification effect; 2. Adapt to different powder spraying amounts: 3. The maximum safety factor should be obtained.
