Common chemical pretreatment
Pre-treatment equipment according to the shape of the workpiece and different production volume, the main structural form of impregnation type, tunnel through the spray type; impregnation type is suitable for large parts, stupid parts, such as the production of not too large production line; the tunnel through the spray type is suitable for small workpieces and the production of large production lines.
Related equipment: pre-treatment tanks (stainless steel or concrete tanks, the number is equal to the number of pre-treatment processes), spraying lines.
Related materials (chemicals): sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, soda ash (Na2CO3) acidic degreasing agent, passivation solution.
Purpose: Remove oil, dust, rust on the surface of the workpiece, and generate a layer of corrosion resistance on the surface of the workpiece and can increase the adhesion of the spray coating "phosphate layer".
Main process steps: degreasing, de-rusting, water rinse, passivation. Workpiece after pretreatment will have no oil, rust, dust, and the original silver-white glossy surface to generate a layer of uniform and rough not easy to rust gray phosphate film, not only to prevent rust but also increase the adhesion of the spray coating.
Wastewater solution: Use environmentally friendly potion and wastewater treatment device to meet the standard discharge after treatment.
Common physical pretreatment
Generally there are two kinds of sand blasting and shot blasting, there is no wastewater generated, no need to worry about environmental issues.
Sandblasting is generally suitable for thinner workpieces, shot blasting is generally suitable for thicker workpieces.
