Power and Free Overhead Conveyor System

P/F conveyor components including: power system, power straight track, power curved track, free straight track, free curved track, carrier, confluence turnouts, branch turnouts, stop unit, and electric control system. A carrier consists of one front trolley, one rear trolleys and load bar generally, the front trolley has a jaw connected to retractable dog by a draw bail, and the trailing trolley has a cam tail. When accumulating, stop unit open to push down the retractable dog of front trolley of No.1 carrier causing the carrier to disengage from the push dog of train, No.1 carrier stop to run. When No.2 carrier runs to the poison that its jaw lifted by climbing on the slope of the cam tail of No. carrier to make down the retractable dog and disengage from the push dog, No.2 carrier stop to run. When accumulating ended, stop unit close, the jaw of front trolley if No. 1 would be lifted by its own weight to causing the carrier to meet to the push dog, No.1 carrier start to run. By the running of No.1 carrier, the jaw of No.2 carrier breaks away from the cam tai1 of trailing tro11ey of No.1 carrier, its retractable dog lifted and starts to run to finish accumulating.
