Pretreatment is considered the most important part of the coating process in order to achieve a desirable and long-lasting finish.

We offer spray pretreatment plants made of complete stainless steel or MS or combination of SS & MS spray tunnels along with direct or indirect heating system, vertical pump for high transfer efficiency, easy clip on nozzles with PP revolving tip to adjust nozzle spray, FRP catwalk with door for easy maintenance.

Spray pretreatment equipment

Chemical cleaning includes removal of dirt, oil and grease, and the oxidation products present on the surface by means of chemicals. The chemicals may be applied by wiping, spraying or dipping. The type of surface preparation depends upon the object shape and base metal.

The tunnel pretreatment system is ideal for cleaning complex shapes of workparts with deep corners, or applies in small scales powder coating plant or manual powder coating jobs. The processing of a basic spraying system mainly include degrease, conditioning, phosphate, rinse, actual stages should be decided according to customer's products.

Pre-treatment spraying line adopts one-piece type, the upper part is spraying shed body, the lower part is liquid storage tank body, and there are access door, access ladder and access platform in the leaching section.
