Textile Machinery Powder Coating Line Equipment

The textile machinery powder coating line is designed to deliver exceptional performance in textile machinery manufacturing. The line adopts an electrostatic spray system, which uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to make the powder particles adhere evenly to the surface of the workpiece, forming a uniform coating. After being cured at high temperature, the coating has good properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and decorative properties. The equipment is equipped with an automated spray robot, which can accurately control the spray trajectory and powder flow rate according to the shape and size of the workpiece, achieving efficient and uniform spraying. The automatic powder recycling system can recover and reuse the powder that has not been adsorbed, improving the utilization rate of the powder and reducing production costs.

    Technical Description

The textile machinery powder coating line is a highly efficient and precise system designed for applying protective and decorative coatings to textile machinery components. The equipment integrates advanced powder coating technology with automated processes to ensure consistent quality and high production efficiency.

The powder coating process begins with the preparation of the workpiece, which involves cleaning and surface treatment to ensure optimal adhesion of the powder coating. The workpiece is then transferred through a series of stations, including the powder application booth, curing oven, and cooling zone, all controlled by an automated conveyor system.

The powder application booth is equipped with advanced electrostatic spray guns that apply the powder coating uniformly onto the workpiece. The electrostatic charge ensures that the powder particles are attracted to the workpiece, resulting in a smooth and even coating. The curing oven uses high-temperature air circulation to melt and cure the powder coating, forming a durable and scratch-resistant finish. The cooling zone allows the coated workpiece to cool down gradually, ensuring the stability of the coating.

The entire system is controlled by a centralized control panel, which allows for precise adjustment of parameters such as powder flow rate, spray voltage, and oven temperature. This ensures consistent coating quality and minimizes waste.

    Product Introduction

    I. Pre-treatment

Before spraying, the workpiece must undergo a series of treatment steps to remove surface impurities such as oil and rust. These treatments include degreasing, descaling, silane treatment and washing. In some cases, sanding and blast cleaning may also be required to improve the bond between the coating and the workpiece. These pre-treatment steps ensure that the coating adheres evenly and firmly to the surface of the workpiece.

    II. Drying Oven

After spraying, the workpiece is sent to a high-temperature drying oven for baking. During this process, the powder coating is heated and forms a complete film according to specific process requirements. Common curing methods include hot air circulation and thermal radiation baking. After drying, the workpieces are cooled and leveled before being packaged.

    III. Electrostatic Powder Coating System

As the core part of the production line, the electrostatic powder coating system consists of powder coating booth, powder supply equipment, electrostatic spray gun and control device, electrostatic generator and powder recovery equipment. The powder coating room is made of stainless steel plate, which is not only durable but also optimizes the airflow distribution and effectively prevents the overflow of powder. The structural design of the powder coating gun meets the requirements of powder charging, while the functional design is adapted to various coating operations and workpiece shapes. Powder coating film performance is superior to the traditional paint spraying process in many aspects, such as mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, while the cost is relatively low.

    IV. Curing Oven

Drying and curing oven is a key part of the coating quality. Structure, powder drying and curing oven can be divided into two types of straight-through and bridge type. In order to reduce the heat spillage on the workshop environment and energy consumption, usually choose the bridge type drying and curing oven. Dehydration drying oven, on the other hand, can choose straight-through or bridge-type structure, of which the straight-through type needs to set up air curtains or motorized doors at the entrance and exit to further reduce heat loss.
