Pre-treatment process
Pre-treatment process is a key step before the coating of automatic powder coating line equipment; the main purpose is to remove oil, rust and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece, in order to provide a good foundation for the subsequent powder coating. The pretreatment process includes the following steps:
Cleaning: Use cleaning agent or water gun to clean the surface of the workpiece to remove oil and dust.

Phosphating: Soak the workpiece in phosphating solution to form a layer of phosphating film on the surface to increase the adhesion and anticorrosive properties of the coating.
Drying: The treated workpiece is dried to remove the surface moisture.

Curing: The sprayed workpiece is put into the curing oven and heated for a certain period of time, so that the powder coating is cured into a hard coating.
Unloading: The cured workpiece is removed from the conveying line to complete the whole spraying process.
