Phosphating: Soak the workpiece in phosphating solution to form a layer of phosphating film on the surface to increase the adhesion and anticorrosive properties of the coating.

Drying: The treated workpiece is dried to remove the surface moisture.

Electrostatic spraying: The powder coating is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece by means of an electrostatic spray gun, and the powder coating is uniformly adhered to the surface of the workpiece under the effect of static electricity.

Curing: The sprayed workpiece is put into the curing oven and heated for a certain period of time, so that the powder coating is cured into a hard coating.

Unloading: The cured workpiece is removed from the conveying line to complete the whole spraying process.
