    Composition

    1. Pre-treatment equipment
    Spray type multi-station pretreatment unit is commonly used in surface treatment equipment, the principle is to use mechanical flushing to accelerate the chemical reaction to complete the process of degreasing, phosphating, washing and other processes. Typical processes of spray pretreatment for steel parts are: pre-greasing, degreasing, water washing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing, water washing, water washing, pure water washing.     2. Paint spraying equipment

    3. Oven
    Oven is one of the important equipment in the coating production line, its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the quality of coating. Oven heating methods are: radiation, hot air circulation and radiation + hot air circulation, etc., according to the production program can be divided into a single room and through the type, etc., the form of equipment has a straight-through and bridge type. Hot air circulation oven heat preservation, furnace temperature uniformity, heat loss, the test, the temperature difference between the furnaces is less than ± 3℃, to achieve the performance indicators of similar products in advanced countries.


    4. Heat source system
    Hot air circulation is a common heating method, which utilizes convection conduction principle to heat the oven to achieve the drying and curing of the workpiece. Heat source can be selected according to the user's specific circumstances: electricity, steam, gas or fuel oil. The heat source box can be placed at the top, bottom and side of the oven depending on the situation of the oven. If the circulating fan of heat source is a special high-temperature resistant fan, it has the advantages of long service life, low energy consumption, low noise and small size.


    5. Electronic control system
    Painting line electrical control has centralized and single column control. Centralized control can use programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the host, according to the preparation of the control program for the automatic control of each process, data collection and monitoring alarm. Single column control is the most commonly used control mode in the coating production line, each process is controlled in a single column, and the electric control box (cabinet) is set near the equipment, with low cost, intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.


    6. Overhead conveyor chain
    Overhead conveyor is the conveyor system of industrial assembly line and coating line, and the accumulative overhead conveyor is used in the long workpiece coating line of L=10-14M. The workpiece is suspended on the special hanging device (load-bearing 500-600KG), smooth in and out of the fork, the fork is opened and closed by electrical control according to the work instructions, to meet the workpiece in the automatic transportation of each processing station, in the strong cold room, the next piece of the area of the parallel accumulation of cooling, and set up in the strong cold area of the hanging device identification and traction alarm stopping device.
